REFUND POLICY

At EquiMinions, we strive to offer high-quality financial advisory services to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our services. Please read this policy carefully before engaging in any services with EquiMinions. By using our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this Refund Policy.

  1. General Policy

EquiMinions offers non-refundable services due to the nature of the personalized financial advice, strategies, and consultations provided. However, we understand that circumstances may vary, and we will address refund requests on a case-by-case basis, depending on the situation.

  1. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Financial Advisory Services: Once the advisory service has been provided or a strategy has been delivered, the fees for such services are non-refundable.
  • Portfolio Management Services: Payments made for portfolio management services are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.
  • Consultation Fees: Fees paid for one-on-one consultations, including phone calls, meetings, or other consultations, are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
  • Workshops and Webinars: Fees for educational seminars, workshops, and webinars conducted by EquiMinions are non-refundable, including cases of non-attendance.
  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Errors: In case of a payment processing error or double charge, refunds will be issued after verification.
  • Cancellation Before Service Commencement: If a client cancels a service before it has commenced, they may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a deduction for administrative costs.

To be eligible for a refund, you must request it in writing within 7 days of the payment or service engagement date. Refund requests must be submitted to info@equiminions.com with all relevant details.

  1. Refund Process
  • Request Submission: Clients must submit refund requests by email to info@equiminions.com or by contacting our support team. The refund request should include the payment receipt, service details, and reason for the refund.
  • Review Period: We will review your refund request and notify you within 7 business days of receipt. Additional information may be requested to process your refund.
  • Refund Approval/Denial: Upon review, we will inform you of our decision. If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method used during the transaction.
  1. Partial Refunds

In certain cases where a refund is approved, a partial refund may be provided. These cases include:

  • Cancellation of Long-Term Services: If a client cancels a long-term service plan (such as portfolio management), a pro-rated refund may be issued based on the unused portion of the service.
  • Administrative Fees: Refunds may be subject to administrative or processing fees, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  1. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Client Dissatisfaction After Service Delivery: If the client is dissatisfied with the financial advice or strategies provided after they have been delivered, refunds will not be offered.
  • Client’s Own Investment Losses: EquiMinions is not responsible for any losses incurred in the financial markets due to investment decisions made by the client based on the advice provided by us.
  • Non-Attendance or Non-Participation: Refunds will not be provided for failure to attend scheduled webinars, workshops, or consultations.

EquiMinions reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our website. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
